All products undergo wear-resistant passivation surface treatment to eliminate quality defects such as film scratches and pouch surface blemishes. The modular split structure enables rapid disassembly, assembly and independent fine-tuning, drastically shortening downtime for routine maintenance and format changeovers, and is perfectly designed to accommodate flexible multi-SKU production at European manufacturing plants.

HETAI implements full-process quality control for every set of three-side seal forming shoulders, covering CAD simulation design, 5-axis precision machining, full dimensional inspection via 3D coordinate measuring machines and dynamic on-machine film running tests.
